This live workshop will encompass sleep and lunar mythology, herbs to aid surrender and staying asleep, scientific testing to understand the bodies aversion to rest and deep restorative sleep practices to lull and traverse across the sleep threshold.
Led by experienced naturopath and herbalist Kim, a blending of science, ritual and traditional knowledge.
You will receive the recording to enjoy in your own time. In the spirit of our deep dive into sleep- I invite you to come comfy, with soft light, a warm drink and something fragrant. Jasmine, lily or white sandalwood incense or essential oil would be particularly poignant.
